Transportation is one of the changing in 100 years. A hundred years ago people used to go to somewhere by boat, rail road, or the three wheels bycicle. It took very long time if one who was in vital curcumstance to reach to the place. However, these transportations did not make the air polution problem. For example, a hundred years ago people used a boat that very different from now. In addtion, they did not use the engine boat, so there was not any oil contaminating in the river. Moreover, there were only two lanes of rail road for each road. On the other hand, today people prefer to buy they own car. Maybe they think that having a car can demonstrate that they rich. Beside, rail road might be too slow for today. The most thing that I always think is the three wheels bicycle. The three wheels bicycle is differrent from a regular bicycle because it has one wheel ath the front and two more wheels behind the front wheel. In the past people used three wheels bicycle to go to some place, which was not really far and not really close. A rider of the three wheels bicycle would ride around the town and when he saw a customers he will carry them. After that, the customers had to pay for the ride, which was not really expensive. These three transportation were very important in the past, and it made my hometown very calm. Unlike, today my hometown has a ton of cars, subways, and motor cycles. These make people feel more comfortable, but it makes a lot of polutions too.
Last difference of my hometown after it has been changing is lifestyle of people. Before I was born, people lived with their easy life. They used to work in their farm, but today everybody like to work in a big company. There is just only a farmers who live in a suburb are still use this simple life. In the past, people slept very early because of not every single house had an electricity. However, today my hometown is never stop no matter in the day or night. Some people said, this is the cause of crime. In addition, some people have to work really hard to pay their bills, and they have to work untill 10 p.m at night. In the past, people were able to buy their meal just only 25 cent ( Thai currency 1 Baht = 100 cent, 35 baht = 1 dollar ), but now one meal can cause 35 baht. Even though some people said that this is because of the economic is growing bigger than before, but I think the money that one have is unbalance from he or she gets. According from above, people in the past had more simply life than people today.
From the biggest of my point, which is the world, untill the smallest point, which is my hometown. Everything has been changing such as the constuction, the transportation, and lifestyle of people. I can not control the world to stop. I can just recollect some of my memories in the past, and remember the revolution of everything that I have known since I was born. I could never know the result of this alterability. My deeply hope is people are able to adjust themselve to this changing and try to understand it.
