intro and first paragraph

1. The world has changed from the Ice age to now today, and many countries have changed from era to era also. I can not demonstrate very well about how far that the world has changed or other countries have developed, but I can explain about my own country which is very small in the South East Asia. My hometown "Thailand" has changed a lot from 100 years ago to now in 3 ways: the buildings, transportation, and the life style of the people.
2. The buildings have changed in many ways from the past 100 years ago. A hundred years ago people usually made their house by themselves, and they used a ton of woods to make it. They believed that woods very strong. Moreover, woods were very simple and easy to find in the past 100 years. Unlike, today people always builds the house by a congreat because of its supplement is stronger then wood, but for some reasons many people are still prefer to build a house by wood. Building a house by wood in this era is very expensive because when the country has started developing it means people started to use more wood to build many building such as a bridge or a city's wall. A hundred years ago there were a lot of small house near to the river because river is the best source for living, but now today there is a plenty of a hotel near the river. Lots of hotel companies believe the having a hotel near to the river is more attracted to the tourist than in downtown.
