Bangkok and Arlington have many different things. Firs of all, Bangkok are the capital city, but Arlington is the city in Texas State. In addition, Bangkok also has a bus or train and taxi. On the other hand, Arlington does not have any transportation. Moreover, It’s about the weather, weather in Texas is very crazy. Its may change every days. However, Bangkok is always hot. Finally, an accommodation in Bangkok is cheaper than Arlington.

I think Arlington is a good place to learn English, but overall Bangkok is more interesting. :)
