Tip for staying healthy

Surely, everybody on this world wants to be a person who have a good health. But it is really hard to takecare every part of your body, Actually that is nobody perfect. But you can takecare your health, as more as you can.
There is many way to do that, always do an exercise, sleeping enough, or alway eating a healthy food.
Keep doing an exercise is one of the way to staying good healthy. You should do an exercise 30 minutes each day. That will be good for your health, or your heart.
Sleep enough is the other way to get a good health. The people should to sleep about 6-8 hours each night.
Eat a healthy food, Fruit and vegetable is good for your health, However you should to eat beef too.
There are many way to staying healthy. When you have a good health, or staying healthy. You will be the person who has a wonderful life.
