It is Hard to Stop but It doesn’t Mean You Can’t Do That

I used to smoke but now I am going to stop it. I was stopped for one week and three days. First thing you should to think is you health. Try to imagine about your chess. May be it is already change now. Second thing you have to think is about your money. Money is my important reason more than anything. Then stop thinking about cigarette. I used to smoke after meal for six years. When am stop every time after meal. I with get some snack and walk quickly to a class. Don’t let yourself in the smoking area. When you can past one week everything will be better. Finally you can stop it. You safe your life. You also safe your money too.
